I think there are anti volume shampoos/conditioners. Maybe you should try one of those?

Spray a little hair spray on it while it's still wet, then comb it flat. And don't touch it. maybe this will work.

after the shower and brush ur hair and hairspray it, im asian too so this helps alot to asian, i suppose it might to you.
