I would not say that he busts only Asian players, even though

he has given out for non-Asians as well. It is a judgment error

and close calls go either way. Umps are humans and they are

prone for mistakes.

If we start getting rid of umps, then the panel will be down to

few and to top that we have the Neutral ump rule which will

leave ICC only a few....I personally do not like to sack umps

neither penalizing them. But there should be some sort of

judgment on umps who got to have some stats where in, if

they have X-number of calls/year they need to be demoted.

Even though there is some sort of code on players, but I feel

players should NOT be found guilty and be penalized when

you given out, when actually you were not. That is human

nature to stay and look at the ump. Like R Sharma was out

and he was devastated by the decision and hence he held

his ground. But if the replay shows that he was not out, then

he should be penalized or fined.
