Manic Panic Hair Color Cream?

I have pure natural black hair because I'm Asian, if I don't get the bleaching kit and just use Manic Panic Hair Color Cream, what will happen to my hair? Will it just stay black?

Aslo, My friend who wants to use Manic Panic, seems to have a hair scalp itching problem, he told me his scalp has tiny scabs (O_O i know, gross....) and it's bleeding a little, is it safe for him to use Manic Panic?

Never put anything onto a broken skin or scalp.

The color won't show up on black hair, it may just give it a slight tint. And, it might not do anything to your friends scalp, but it's probbaly not a good idea for him to use it, just in case.

First you need to bleach (i know it sucks i had brown hair and needed to bleach) and dont let him do it if he has a broken skin patch it'll make it worse.
