I am an asian male but my hair isn't that flat/shiny/smooth.

I want my hair to have the texture and look like these pics:

You need a straightener and some gel/moose/spray. I suggest you keep your hair how it is because it seems to be healthy as you describe it. Hair straighteners and gels can damage and dry out your hair. Just make sure if you start straightening your hair use a heat activated shampoo conditioner and spray.

It's just a four step system that includes shampoo, conditioner, a straightening spray, and a smoothing milk. I actually love using this line that makes it to where you don't need to use a straightener. PLUS! It doesn't make your hair greasy, unless you just over do it.

Another thing you might consider is eating a certain way to make sure your body is getting the right amount of nutrients and that way you're hair is silky/shiny.

there are lots of products on the market that deal with straighteners and also that just come out of a jar and keep your hair like that. bed head is one that i can think of, just talk to a stylist. ( a really good one will talk to you and not charge.)
