Hi. I'm a 16 yr old asian girl and I am 100% sure that my hair has stopped growing or has a very, very, very, very, very slow growth rate. So my question is: which foods can increase the growth rate of hair? (I heard that there's nothing I can really do but it's worth a try to ask right? and I'm not looking for pills or anything of that nature.)

Don't worry your hair hasn't stop growing...you are only 16...but ways to make your hair grow faster are to get it trimmed regualrly(every 4-6 weeks)...not much like 1/2 in to and inch would do fine...to keep your hair strong get a hot oil treatment and put that in your hair every 3 weeks or more if needed...hope it helps
