I have dark brown eyes and black/dark brown hair
im asian but i look half white/half asian if not more "white" than asian
i used to use mac black eyeliner but i found it smudged A LOT
i used dark brown eyeliner too but it just didn't really match as well
what do you think?
also what mascara do you use? what is the deal with CLEAR mascara? is it good?
the best would be something water proof, smudgeproof and doesn't clump up! im not allowed mascara at school so anything that's barely noticeable is good
also how do you put mascara on your bottom lashes? i heard there's something from maybelline for small lashes which is good for the bottom but tell me your techniques
thanks all!!

Clear mascara works wonders. It's just like the regular c0lored mascara, only there's not color, s0 it stays the tone of your lashes...your color! To put mascara on my bottom lashes, I brush using a d0wnward stroke and wipe of the smudges. To fix my lashes at the end t0 get rid 0f clumps, I use a lash brush and voila! Beautiful lashes!

well if you have dark brown hair and eyes then you would probably look better sticking to the black eyeliner instead of the brown it could take attention away from your natural features instead of enhancing them like the black would and also if you're not aloud mascara then def. go with the clear, just curl your eyelashes really good before you use it and it'll look great! And when choosing a mascara make sure the wand is small, it's the best for lashes on top and bottom it will define every little and big one you have just the way you want! oh and when choosing a smudge proof eyeliner i would def. go with N.Y.C. New York Color WATERPROOF eyeliner pencil or any waterproof eyeliner they're hard to smudge off!

Clear mascara gives you length, volume, and separation without adding any color - it just makes it look like your eyelashes are naturally long %26amp; separated. The clear mascaras I have tried don't work too well.
I have dark brown eyes too, and I really like using brown eyeliner. I think black looks a little too harsh on me. But what I did, was used a VERY dark brown eyeliner - light %26amp; medium browns don't compliment dark brown eyes a lot. I really couldn't find a good dark brown eyeliner anywhere (department or drugstore), but I found Covergirl Perfect Point Plus in Espresso %26amp; I really like it. Revlon ColorStay also has a great one.
My favorite mascaras are Maybelline Define-A-Lash (adds length) %26amp; L'Oreal Voluminous (adds length %26amp; volume). But since you're not supposed to wear mascara at school (I understand - same for me!) I would definitley recommend Maybelline Define-A-Lash. It really lengthens %26amp; I've never had a clump. I don't really get any smudges with it either. For putting it on the bottom lashes, just move from root to tip in a right-to-left motion.

i'm half asian-and i have similarities, but with red high lights (the other half's irish). however, my sister is just like you.
if you have a coca cola colored eye like my sis and i, go for black eyeliner...i prefer liquid eyeliner.
if you have dark brown eyes, you can do the black eyeliner, but to bring them out, apply a white eyeliner at the corners of the eye, and a white eye shadow at the brown bone-and with white shadow, merely-very lightly. for eyeshadow, i would go for a light blush pink.
as for mascara, it is usually said brown. but i prefer black. asian eyes need to pop out but not so much as if you were wearing a costume on your face. you are infact trying to look natural, right?
my fav mascara, which is clean cut, and makes my eyelashes full-is clinique's high impact mascara. no clumps-and looks natural
and only apply one coat!
but if you wanna go for something cheaper, try great lash by maybeline. every girl has this in their make up bag including me.
to apply mascara on your bottom eyelashes, sweep from up to down, coating under the lashes. close your eyes, then sweep from root to tip.
i tried clear mascara, and for me, it tended to flake easily.
