Why do all asians have the same or similar eye/hair color?

I've heard of brown being a dominant eye color gene which got me thinking. All asians have the same or at least very similar eye color, so do they have only the dominant brown color gene or are there recessive blue or green genes that are never expressed? Same thing with dark hair, is it possible for an asian to have blonde hair?

Actually a lot of Asians don have brown hair (I believe you're talking about East Indians, Chineese, Japaneese, Thai, Middle Eastern, etc.). But I'm talking about South Asians. I'm East Indian, but I do have black hair. But I have friends and family who are 100% East Indian, yet they have a nice brown hair color. Also, we don't just have brown eyes. My father had green eyes, and his mother had green-grey eyes.

with whites/Aryan, you have blue,green and brown eyes, as well as brown,black,red or blonde hair

because asians are asians they cant be too white or too black. some can be yellow or tanned. but ussually in the hair mostly are black but there are some who are adopted to the environment some natives have browny or slight red hair because they expose so much in the sun but they dont dye thier hair like badjao tribes with brown hair or gettin red. In the philippines they were known as great swimmers they were tanned and they swim for coins in d water when u will throw it to them.

but some in asia the albinism existed even when there roots are not whites there child have blonde and very white skin. dey where called anak-araw in phil.

i guess in the asian gene pool the recessive traits of those things do not exist, although i could be wrong. just because i never met any asians with blonde hair or light colored eyes does not mean there aren't any anywhere.

and to Linah H: just because brown hair and brown eyes are dominant for white people too does not mean all white people with other color hair or eyes dye it or use contacts. i have blonde hair and green eyes and i do not dye my hair or use any contacts but clear ones.

majority of asians have dark colored or brownish eyes and dark hair. its impossible for a 100% asian person to have blonde hair or blue eyes.
