How do i get this hair style .... help???? pllease?

okay... im 16 and im going to be going to the hair stylist in a few days.

however i want the spikey/messed up look to carry on to the back of my hair if you get what i mean. however the sidesburnes to remain very neat, and even . . .

its sort of like a messy but neat, texturised bed look spikey but even style.

ive seen many asian boys with it . . . is there a name for it . .

what do i tell the stylist.

I would reccommend using styling gel of some sort to get the look you want. Since you have the picture, print it out and take it to the hair stylist and explain just how you did here what you want done with your hair, and they'll probably know what to do and what to tell you.
